CHINCHERO Our first destination is the charming town of Chinchero, famous for its small colonial chapel built upon ancient Inca walls. We will visit its artisan market, renowned for its wealth of textiles and traditions that are proudly preserved. MARAS We will continue to the Maras Salt Mines, an astonishing complex of more than 3,000 natural salt pans, formed from an underground spring over 100 million years old. This unique landscape is truly awe-inspiring and makes for memorable photographs. MORAY Next, we will explore Moray, an ancient agricultural experimentation center where the Incas mastered the climate through circular terraces. The contrast in temperatures between the levels showcases the impressive ingenuity of this civilization. URUBAMBA We will enjoy lunch in the beautiful city of Urubamba, considered the fertile heart of the Sacred Valley. An ideal setting to relax and recharge with top-notch cuisine. OLLANTAYTAMBO In the afternoon, we will arrive in Ollantaytambo, the only Inca city still inhabited. We will visit its imposing fortress, a masterpiece of stonework and urban planning that rises majestically in the valley. Walking through its streets is like stepping back in time. PISAQ We will end our tour in Pisaq, where Inca history blends with contemporary mestizo life. We will see its spectacular terraces and astronomical observatory, and explore its traditional artisan market, full of color, ceramics, silverware, and typical regional products. At the end of the tour, we will return to the city of Cusco with an unforgettable experience and a greater understanding of the Inca legacy.
